Im very disappointed that I have not heard back from anyone regarding my issue. Ive always received great customer support from Hone but the past few months have been terrible.

No one ever answers and they don't return phone calls. I paid for the subscription and completed all my labs.

Three different labs. After paying and doing all the labs it has been one week and they have not approved my medication or even contact me to let me know what is going on.

I keep calling and calling and emailing. I've got no replies and no information.

Your site will not let me sign in to do my initial consultation no one would answer the phone for me. I cannot write a good report on this until something get resolved. I sit around Saturday and waited to get online to talk to someone and it never happened and now I see something saying that youre gonna charge me $50 for no-show no way

Answer the phone and not pass the buck.. I got off early to call and speak with someone its 3:51 central time and no one is answering.

Ive already added my payment information and am quite upset.

Have an answer system that doesn't go directly to a voicemail leave a message system. I took off early enough to not be that guy that calls in at the last minute!

I can't cancel my membership for 3 weeks and they have billed me twice in several months. I had to get a refund.

I can't reach them by phone; the number says leave a message, but no one calls back. I received no responses to my 14 emails for the last 2 weeks. No one texts back on text messages - it's as silent as crickets. You will be frustrated.

The billing occurs sooner than expected, and they will bill you even when you have not received any medication. Horrible customer service; actually, there is no customer service. Without a doubt, this is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.

Did not talk to anyone, they handled problem, I asked if payment was received due to internet glitch during payment process and I received an email confirming my payment problem resolved
