Did not talk to anyone, they handled problem, I asked if payment was received due to internet glitch during payment process and I received an email confirming my payment problem resolved

I had an appointment scheduled at the same time my lab slip was downloaded to me. I really needed to get my hormone replacement started and when completing my intake form the day before my appointment at the completion of it I learned that my appointment have been changed to a week later than what I originally scheduled it. I can't get in touch with anyone and no one has returned my message either.

Waited a month for an appointment and finally it was time to sign in and the Dr decided to cancel and then I was told I would have to reschedule and it was going to be another month! Do your research because Hone isn’t the only people that do hormone replacement. There’s more places that do it and you won’t have to wait for month for a consult or 2 months! Oh and don’t even expect to talk to live person…… e-mail or text if your fortunate to get that.
